The Forge Initiative

In a recent project Consider This worked with our client, The Forge Initiative, on their website, social media, printed marketing and outdoor signage. The brief from the client was to create a refreshing brand that stood out and reflected their unique and niche position within the theatre training industry. Thus, we produced a simple and elegant brand for the client which captures the distinct nature of The Forge Initiative.

Website

We designed and built a clean and classic website, incorporating the company's brand colours and concept throughout. The look of the homepage is very eye-catching and visually stimulating for visitors, utilising high resolution images that are captivating and immediately communicate what The Forge Initiative is about. Furthermore, we integrated an interface that is very user-friendly and easy to navigate, making it easy for visitors to easily locate relevant information. In the second quarter of 2016, the website's traffic saw a growth of 141.12% when compared to the previous period.

Marketing Materials

Consider This designed and printed various promotional materials for the client in the form of leaflets, pull up banners and their final showcase programme. We also produced their outdoor signage at The Forge Initiative's headquarters in Paddington Arts, London, which incorporated the design components of their company logo.

Social Media and Advertising

In addition to the web design, print and outdoor media work we completed, the client also enlisted our Social Media services; we set up their Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and Google Plus and YouTube accounts which we actively manage on their behalf. Their followers / subscribers have seen notable growth; for example, their Twitter account and YouTube channel have grown by 188.57% and 40% respectively in the second quarter of 2016.

To promote awareness of our client's brand, we also engaged in advertising activities that were aimed at the client's target audience of actors, writers and directors. In one such instance, we designed an A4 advert to be printed on the back page of The Stage newspaper.
