We worked on the Brand, Sub-Brand, Design and Launch of a new rock band, Tenors of Rock (TOR). TOR (Tenors of Rock) are a vibrant and exciting vocal group. Formed with seven of the best male rock voices in the UK.
The concept was to reinvent the standard male vocal group and create a seriously high profile rock experience. The vocal range and harmonic complexity really pushes new boundaries and sets TOR apart from all other vocal groups.
Tenors of Rock is quite literally as the name states. The sub-brand of TOR was developed as it relates to a large rock and represents longevity and strength, something the band was very keen to focus on. BT London Live 2012, part of London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games' celebrations, saw TOR as the only band perform on Hyde Park's Main Stage three times in front of 70,000 people.
It supported McFly, Amy McDonald, The Feeling, Dodgy and Cast. Consider This went along to each gig to both support and promote the band, including distributing and printing 5,000 flyers.
We completed initial logo and sub-brand development, brand continuity, web and brochure design and development of all promotional activity prior to the launch. The launch took place at the Scotch Club in London where special guests, celebrities and members of the public were invited to listen to the band.
After the launch we developed the social media presence of Tenors of Rock and helped promote the band as it marketed itself to record labels and industry professionals.
